Biography: Raymond E. Willis has been practicing law in California since 1985. A 1979 graduate of Harvard Law School, he was admitted to the New York bar in 1980. He was associated with the law firm of Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler from 1979 to April, 1985. From May, 1985 to date, he has been in California as the principal attorney of the Law Offices of Raymond E. Willis.
