FORMATION

    We work with a client to determine the appropriate business entity, such as sole proprietorships, corporations, partnerships, limited liability partnership, limited liability companies and or associations.  Once we have reviewed a client’s situation we proceed diligently to establish the entity and support required by a client.

OPERATION

    We assist a business by advising it in its day to day operation, including, among other things, securities regulation, estate planning, labor, family, real property and intellectual property issues.
